Peter Crouch has announced his wife Abbey Clancy has given birth to their fourth child, joking that the baby boy was named after Liverpool’s Divock Origi.

Crouch shared a picture of the sleeping newborn alongside the happy news on Tuesday, larking around that his son was named after Origi, who scored twice against Barcelona in the Champions League semi-final and one in Madrid last weekend to beat Spurs and lift the trophy by two goals.

“Our beautiful baby boy was born Monday 3rd June mother and baby Divock Samrat Crouch are doing well,” Crouch posted.

He quickly clarified: “Our boy is beautiful the name is still to be clarified unfortunately Abs not going for Divock Samrat.”

The celebrity couple are already parents to Sophia, eight, Liberty Rose, four, and son Johnny, who she welcomed last January.

Clancy revealed she was expecting the couple’s fourth child back in January, announcing the news with a stunning baby bump snap.

“When a hatrick just won’t do!!!” she wrote alongside the hashtag: “#babynumber4.”
