High school’s hard - no one knows this better than high school teachers.

Brett Phillips decided to go that extra mile for his psychology students, sharing a list of ‘101 ways to cope with stress’ with his class.

One pupil at the school in Oxnard, California, was so touched by the gesture that she shared the list on Twitter, where it’s since gone viral.

Alina Ramirez marked out the points that meant the most to her with a yellow highlighter.

These included, 'prepare for the morning the night before’, 'look up at the stars’ and 'buy yourself a flower’.

The post has clearly touched a nerve on social media, as it’s already been liked 26,000 times and received 21,000 retweets.
