To celebrate the fact that people are able to reconnect with their elderly relatives thanks to the COVID vaccine, Nando’s has launched a campaign that gives customers 50% off if they take their nan, grandad, great-aunt or anyone over 65 out for some Nando’s chicken.
The #NanGo campaign means that anyone heading out to Nando’s for a slap-up meal with an elderly friend or relative will get 50% off the entire bill, not just their order (well, it’s capped at £20, but still). How nice to spend some time with someone who may have potentially been stuck at home; self-isolating for over a year.
The #NanGo campaign is running in Nando’s restaurants from 7 – 9 June.
June is an exciting month for Nando’s as it’s also launching Nando’s Yard Unlocked on 21 June.
How it works is, Nando’s is hosting five free parties across the UK. Restaurants will be turned into music venues in celebration us being allowed out and about again. Each event will host 100 – 150 people, and the line-up sounds awesome. If you attend, you’ll get to see Novelist, DJ Maximum and Master Peace in London, Skream and Pixie Cola in Leeds, Jossy Mitsu, Grove and Emmy in Bristol, and Emerald B2B Alexistry and Char Stape in Birmingham.
