Heidi Klum left little to the imagination when she stepped out in a barely-there sparkly dress that showed off her toned core, butt, legs—and also revealed some side boob.
Heidi, 48, always looks stunning but her incredibly strong legs and core were on full display in this *interesting* dress. Heidi is a supermodel so she can pull off anything, but especially this glittery silver mini dress, with a cut-out down the front and back.
She even gave the cameras a little dance at the event - held to celebrate Women in Music - which is honestly quite a feat!
It looks like it would be difficult not to have a wardrobe malfunction in this number. But Heidi's up for anything, as you can tell from her Instagram.
How does Heidi maintain the body that has kept us captivated since she first appeared on the swimsuit edition of Sports Illustrated in the late 90s?
Well lately, she’s been cutting it up on the dance floor lately, and getting her sweat on. Check out her moves to her song with Snoop Dogg, "Chai Tea with Heidi." Damn, Heidi!
She’s also a big fan of found fitness, aka integrating workouts into everyday actions. Heidi makes sure she hits her fitness goals while out on a bike ride or playing on the trampoline with her kids.
'I don't really exercise that much. I mean, two times a week for sure,' Heidi told Buro 247 in 2016.
She added: 'I will do the Stairmaster I've got at home or a running machine. I also think it's important not to exercise too much. I don't think you have to do a lot, but if you do a little bit all the time, I think that's important. Sometimes I'll do some little weights while I'm running.'
The supermodel also uses electronic muscle stimulation, or EMS to keep toned, according to Neo.Life.
In 2011, LA-based trainer Andrea Orbeck, who worked with Heidi showed off some of the moves the supermodel does to PopSugar including back kicks with exercise bands, squat abductions, and other stretches to ensure proper posture.
When it comes to food, Heidi keeps it nutritious most of the time, as she shared with Women's Health UK back in 2017. For breakfast, she usually ate eggs and a slice of toast with some vegetables or salsa. For lunch, she would eat fish with lots of greens. And for dinner, grilled chicken with more vegetables and mixed salad.
'It's important to keep a balanced diet, but I'm not a fan of deprivation,' she told Glamour. 'If I want a cheeseburger, I am not only going to eat that cheeseburger, but I'm going to enjoy that cheeseburger.'
