A doctor in Hanoi, Vietnam removed several mushrooms from a man's ear after he complained about an itch.
Dr. Cuong said the man came to his clinic after he had developed an earache.
After using an endoscopic device, Dr. Cuong found small, two-centimetre-long mushrooms covering the man's ear canal and eardrum.
The doctor quickly removed the fungus, which had caused the man's ear to become inflamed.
