A car has been spotted driving along a road with its bonnet open in eastern China.
The clip, shot in the city of Hangzhou in Zhejiang Province on July 30, shows the vehicle moving with the bonnet clearly obstructing the view of the driver.
Police are investigating the case, according to reports.
