Celine Dion wades in on Titanic debate

Award-winning singer Celine Dion has waded into a long-running debate over the ending of the smash hit James Cameron film, Titanic.

The actress told Jimmy Fallon on his talk show, that she thought Jack could have squeezed onto the floating door with Rose.

The scene has gone on to be one of the most hotly debated in modern movie history, with cynical critics claiming that: Rose could have saved the love of her life, if only she'd smooshed over.

However, the singer who provided the number one hit song to the film, My Heart Will Go On, did give one caveat, to Rose's seemingly selfish actions.

The singer claimed that he could have been too weak from the freezing water to clamber onto the make-shift raft.

Celine Dion, who has sparked fears among her fans over her dramatic weight-loss, recently released a statement assuring them that she was in good health.
