Trump complains about Kentucky Derby disqualification

Donald Trump wrote in a tweet that the decision to strip Maximum Security of the victory at the Kentucky Derby was "not a good one". The horse was disqualified for interference, giving 65-1 shot Country House the stunning win at Churchill Downs.

It was the first time such a turnabout had ever taken place at the Derby, and the President was not amused.

"It was a rough and tumble race on a wet and sloppy track, actually, a beautiful thing to watch," Trump wrote Sunday morning. "Only in these days of political correctness could such an overturn occur. The best horse did NOT win the Kentucky Derby - not even close!"
