Cargo plane crashes outside Houston leaving 'total devastation'

A Boeing 767 cargo plane crashed on Saturday outside Houston just minutes before its scheduled arrival, killing all three people on board.

The plane was travelling from Miami to Houston. According to a Texas sheriff, witnesses described how the twin-engine plane crashed into Trinity Bay nose-first, disintegrating and leaving debris and packages floating in the water.

According to the airline, the Boeing 767 was being operated for Amazon by Atlas Air.

As of Sunday morning, authorities say they've recovered one body and will be searching for the aircraft's black boxes to figure out what went wrong.
