J.Lo's ab-baring Instagram has everyone fawning -- including a famous ex!
Jennifer Lopez's latest Instagram post is so hot that it has one of her famous exes coming out of the woodwork to react to it publicly.
The star, 49, took to Instagram to share an update with her fans on the ninth day of her 10-day Challenge (made popular by 10-Day Detox Diet by Dr. Mark Hyman), and she looked absolutely incredible in the impressive shot.
Clad in leggings, a bra and a beanie -- all of which are from her J.Lo x Niyama Sol collection -- the singer flaunted her washboard abs, toned arms and famous curves in the sexy shot.
"Day 9 and feelin'... like I can't wait for Day 10", she captioned the cosy snap.
Of course, her followers flooded the comments section to praise the photo, but there were two comments that were particularly of note when scrolling through. The first came from boyfriend Alex Rodriguez, who commented, "lucky me".
The second was more surprising: Lopez's ex-boyfriend, Diddy, took to the comments to share how impressed he was with the photo: "OMG" he wrote along with a heart-eyes emoji.
Lopez and Diddy famously dated from 1999 through 2001, though their romance became embroiled in scandal after the pair were involved in a nightclub shootout in 1999, which got them both arrested -- and eventually acquitted. Lopez also insinuated that Diddy wasn't faithful to her, though the pair has since proven that they still respect one another fully.
"Puffy -- he'll always be Puffy to me", Lopez said back in 2014 while reflecting on their relationship. "We spent three years of our lives together, almost every single day... And as much as he roots for me, and as proud as he is of me and of the time we had together, I am just as proud to see what he's done."
