Prada pulls merchandise after blackface accusations and backlash at New York store

Some shoppers in New York said they were offended by a window display at a luxury clothing store.

Otto is a character created by Prada as part of its "Pradamalia" collection.

The creature was featured on clothing, purses, and accessories, as well as in the window display at the brand's store in SoHo.

Otto is causing outrage because some say its big red lips are similar to blackface imagery.
