Footage has emerged of a large rat on the loose in a branch of McDonald's in Croydon, south London.
Staff can be seen trying to shoo the rodent out of the door with brooms as customers watch on.
According to the Croydon Advertiser, staff eventually got shot of the rat in Church Street on Friday morning, with a spokesman for the fast food chain claiming pest control experts were called in straight away.
