Victoria Beckham has trademarked her daughter Harper Beckham's name.

The five year-old's name can be used in many branded products including toys, makeup, and clothing.

But, no, that doesn't mean that Harper is starting her own company or debuting a collection for the next Fashion Week, she's only five years old.

Her name has been registered with the UK's Intellectual Property Office, and even the experts over there thought it was unusual for a five year old's name to be trademarked.

But it's for a very good reason. It's mainly for protection if and when Harper does decide to start her own business.

Victoria has even registered Harper's name in the entertainment industry, just in case she wants to follow her mother's footsteps and become a singer.

Talk about planning for the future!

David Beckham registered his name back in 2000, and then two years later Victoria did the same.

And this past December, the names of all three of their boys: Brooklyn, Romeo, and Cruz, were trademarked too.

Now that Harper's signed up, the whole Beckham family is officially a brand.

We just have to wait and see what the little girl does in the future.
