This amazing video has emerged of a porcupine running at a leopard in Kruger National Park in South Africa.
The footage, shot late last year, shows the porcupine charging the predator with its quills facing it.

"The leopard slowly made his way out of the tunnel, during which time one of the porcupines ran off into the distance, while the other turned around and charged the leopard!", says the filmer.
"He raced towards the leopard, turning around at the last second to face his quills at the leopard, who fought back momentarily.
"The porcupine then made a break for it across the road and back into his home underneath it."
