Was this passenger kicked off flight for showing cleavage?

Did one airline passenger really get booted off a plane for showing too much cleavage?

Cathy Supp says she couldn't believe it when the unidentified passenger was kicked off the Spirit airlines flight prior to its departure to Fort Lauderdale from New Orleans Monday.

"There was discussion about her outfit," Supp told Inside Edition. "She was upset; she was crying."

The woman was so upset by the drama that she decided to cover up with her coat - but it seems it was too late.

In a statement, Spirit Airlines insists: "The woman's cleavage played absolutely no role in her removal. The woman was removed because she was intoxicated and other passengers complained about her behaviour."

Supp says they accused her of being drunk but they the issue was resolved, it was after this that someone came over and there was a discussion about her outfit.

Supp added that when she came to the defense of the woman, by giving her a tissue, she was also removed from the flight.

The passenger said that she had had just one beer and she wasn't intoxicated.
