The latest investment craze in China has seen the wealthy pour their cash into an asset that you can hold in the palm of your hand - walnuts. The humble nut can be worth tens of thousands of pounds.
Gyrating stock markets and an uncertain outlook for property have put many investors off more traditional investments. With the Chinese stock market down almost 40% over the past three years, some are now turning to walnuts, gourds and mahogany furniture in the hope of better returns.
