A third of grandparents are looking after their grandchildren more than three times a week during the summer holidays, a survey has suggested.
More than half of retired grandparents (57%) plan to look after their grandchildren over the holidays as do 63% of grandparents who work, saying they were taking time off to do this, the poll for Saga motor insurance found.
