Clare Nasir's Boot Camp
Former GMTV weathergirl Clare Nasir recently dropped an astonishing five dress sizes in just four months. After giving birth to her daughter, Clare was shocked by some rather unflattering photos and vowed to get back in shape. With the help of personal trainers Elia Siaperas and Dee Thresher, the TV presenter shaved a massive 12 inches off her belly and her Boot Camp DVD reveals her secrets.

The workout includes everything from kickboxing to balance ball exercises as well as a five-meals-a-day diet. Clare says you'll be burning up to 1,000 calories with the combat style workout and you could lose up to 4lbs a week. Sounds promising.

Jane Fonda: Prime Time - Fit & Strong
She's been the Queen of Fitness for decades and at the age of 72, Jane Fonda is still going strong. Now she has released a new workout routine specifically aimed at helping the older generation stay in shape. Fonda's new DVD is all about toning, shaping and core strengthening so there's not so much of the bouncy, high impact stuff that formed the basis of her famous 1980s workouts.

With two 25-minute workouts, level one and level two, Jane instructs us how to use hand weights to burn off the fat and tone every major muscle group and promises to help you improve balance and flexibility. And since Jane still looks lean, shapely and fabulous, we're happy to take her advice.

Davina: Body Buff
Celebrity workout DVDs aren't always quite as good as they sound but Davina McCall's Davina Fit recently topped a poll of the best, with 89 per cent of those surveyed saying hers was the "most satisfactory" of the star fitness regimes. The former Big Brother presenter's new Body Buff workout is rumoured to be even better.

Perfect if you're pushed for time Body Buff is made up of five central sections so that you can choose how much you want to do and which areas you want to target, as well as a warm up and a stretch to cool down. Cardio, boxing, legs and core, arms and abs, Davina's resistance training promises to sculpt your body until it's as buff as hers.

Strictly Come Dancing - Strictly Fit, Dance Fit
Recent celebrity contestant Pamela Stephenson called it the best boot camp ever but you don't need a partner to tone up with Strictly's latest workout.

With the help of the Strictly professionals you'll learn some of the key steps for the Paso Doble, Cha-Cha, Jive and Samba. It's for those looking for a high impact cardio workout but it's a great for beginners to learn the basics and if you're a more experienced dancer, the Studio Sessions special feature offers a more intense dance practice session. Though the dodgy music might not be to your taste, Strictly fans will no doubt enjoy working out with the gorgeous Ola Jordan, Natalie Lowe and Artem Chigvintsev.

10 Minute Solution: Blast off Belly Fat
If you're looking to tone up and slim down but have trouble finding the time, 10 Minute Solutions are made for you. The latest, Blast off Belly Fat, provides five workouts designed specifically to target your middle, so you can either squeeze in an ultra-efficient 10 minutes or go all out by combining them all when you have the time.

But if your belly is not the problem area, there are plenty of other 10 Minute Solutions on the market to target tums, bums and thighs so take your pick.
