Every time the Princess of Wales steps out, it's only a matter of time before the world works out exactly what she's wearing – usually resulting in instant sell-out success for the piece in question.

But, sadly for the beauty aficionados out there, details of the Royal's make-up and hair looks are often kept tightly under wraps. It's exactly why there was so much excitement over one particular photograph to come out of Wimbledon a couple of years back, picturing Kate with the exact product she uses to achieve her glossy, natural lips. The product in question? It could be none other than Clarins' Natural Lip Perfector, £18.50.

Naturally, her choice is a brilliant one. If you've never used this product from Clarins before, think of it as a balm-meets-gloss. Where some glosses risk being sticky and impractical, Clarins' is instead cushioning and balmy, so you won't risk it becoming irritating (and perhaps sticking to your hair!) throughout the day. It leaves the lips with a pretty sheen, and has a hint of natural colour to pull a look together. It can be worn alone, à la Kate, for a look that is pretty and natural, or over your favourite lipstick to add a hint of shine. It seems that Kate favours the 'Rose Shimmer' shade, but the Instant Light Natural Lip Perfector is also available in five other colours. Run don't walk....
