Sheffield Wednesday's squad could look very different next season - regardless of which league they end up in.
Wednesday are having a tough time of it in the Championship so far, and there are question marks about which division they will be playing in as things stand - a situation that doesn't really help them plan for the future.
There are at least 15 players who are believed to be out of contract come the summer, including a host of big-name players and others who have been at Hillsborough for many, many years.
Gregory's time at Wednesday has certainly been successful, and his goal/assist return - especially prior to this season - is proof of that. He's made no secret that he'd like to stay, but his deal is up in the summer.
The 15 below isn't an exhaustive list, it doesn't include players such as Ciaran Brennan - with whom the club as an option to extend - and there also may be others who've not had their contract lengths verified at this point in time.
Either way, the Owls could look very different come next season, especially if the bulk of these were to move on:
Having been at Wednesday pretty much his entire career, it'd definitely be the end of a long story if Dawson was to move on when his deal is up in a few months' time.
Mr. Sheffield Wednesday, and the longest-serving player at the club. Palmer has played over 400 games for the Owls, and will be hoping that there are many more to come.
Bannan's love for Wednesday is clear, and the fact that he's still at the club now after two years in League One is testament to that. There's no option to extend this time around though.
In recent years he's been one of Wednesday's most desired players, with interest coming from other clubs both inside and outside the country. He won't be short of offers if the Owls don't act.
An experienced midfielder and a dedicated pro, Vaulks is another that won't be short of suitors - there may even be some interest in January if his game time doesn't improve.
Iorfa has spoken previously about how settled he is at Wednesday, and he's now very much a regular for Danny Röhl. Another player who has had interest from elsewhere.
Byers has become a fan favourite at Wednesday and has spoke passionately about how he's fallen in love with the club and fanbase. But as things stand he will be a free agent in the summer.
Bakinson is another that is out of favour at Wednesday at present, and if that doesn't change then he may well be looking for another challenge elsewhere.
Many Wednesdayites were shocked to find out that Bernard had penned just a one-year deal at the club, and that shock has grown given his individual performances since arriving.
One of the current loanees at the club, but also one that hasn't really featured too often. It's unlikely that he'll be too happy with how little he's played.
The AC Milan loanee was brought in by Xisco, and hasn't played since he left. Röhl has preferred Dawson in goal, and there may be questions asked in January if that doesn't change.
Blackburn made it clear when Buckley joined on loan that they had a break clause in his deal, and he's another for whom there may be a decision to make in January if he's not featuring regularly.
Diaby's loan is an interesting one because - according to reports - there is an option to buy inserted into the package, though we'll have to see what the second half of the season brings due to his injury.
Brought in by Xisco on loan, Fletcher has barely featured for Röhl. He'll be hoping to change that, but like others there will also be concern over his lack of time on the field.

The timing of Erik ten Hag’s Manager of the Month award was, shall we say, infelicitous. Just 24 hours after he posed with this bauble alongside his players, applying a veneer of unity to the seething dysfunction at Manchester United, a truer picture of the Dutchman’s position emerged. And it could be found as the final whistle sounded on a defeat of historic horror to Bournemouth. This time he stood alone and motionless on the touchline, a diagram of despair, without anyone offering a word of c
