Prosecco cocktails and drinks made with fizz will always be a welcome treat, so it's a good idea to have some easy recipes up your sleeve. 1) Bellini
Simple: tick. Delicious: tick. Basically Bellinis can do no wrong.
Ingredients
- 500ml peach purée or peach nectar
- 1 bottle Prosecco
Method
Put the peach puree in a Champagne flute up to about 1/3 full and slowly top up with Prosecco.

2) Ginger Spritz Soda
Ginger + Prosecco = not a combination we're used to seeing. But you know what? We're here for it.
Ingredients
- 2oz Lillet Blanc
- 3oz Prosecco
- Splash of ginger beer
- 1 slice peeled ginger
Method
Place the ginger slice against the inside of a rock glass, fill with ice and add the Lillet blanc and prosecco. Top up with ginger beer and stir gently to combine.

3) Pimm’s Spritz Soda with ginger ale
Pimm's is a surefire summer classic. And ginger ale makes a fun alternative to lemonade too.
Ingredients
- 2oz Pimm’s No.1
- 3oz Prosecco
- Splash of ginger ale
- Mint leaves to garnish
Method
Pour Pimms and Prosecco into a rock glass filled with ice, top with ginger ale and stir to combine. Garnish with a mint sprig and serve.

4) St-Germain Spritz
This French combo is usually made with Champagne, but it's just as good with Prosecco. And a long glass = more to enjoy.
Ingredients
- 40ml St-Germain
- 60ml Champagne or Prosecco
- 60ml Sparkling water
- Lemon twist
Method
Mix in a Collins glass over ice. Stir gently and garnish with lemon twist.

5) Peach Bellini Mocktail
OK, so this one's technically a mocktail. But Bellinis are a Prosecco staple, so if you fancy making a non-alcoholic version this is your shout.
Ingredients
- 2 peaches, peeled and quartered
- 350ml cloudy sparkling apple juice
- 1 lime, zest peeled and juiced
- 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
Method
Combine the peaches, 250ml of apple juice, lime juice, sugar and a couple of ice cubes in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into two glasses adding the remaining apple juice and garnish with the lime zest.

- Wine glass filled with ice
- 50ml PIMM'S No.1
- 75ml lemonade
- 25ml sparkling wine

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Disaranno
- 125ml Prosecco, chilled
- 3 blackberries
Method
Mix the Disaranno and Prosecco together and serve in a Prosecco glass. Garnish with the blackberries.

Method

Ingredients
- 125ml Prosecco
- 15ml Chambord Black Raspberry Liquer
- Raspberries for garnish
Method
Pour 125ml Prosecco into a champagne flute glass. Top with 15ml of Chambord Black Raspberry Liquer. Garnish with one fresh raspberry.

10) Gingerbread Bellini
OK, this one is pretty specific to the festive period. However, it does sound great.
Ingredients (serves four)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp ginger cordial
- 50ml hazelnut liqueur
- 350ml Prosecco
- 25g roll-out icing or marzipan
- 4 mini gingerbread men
Method
Mix together the lemon juice, ginger cordial and hazelnut liqueur in a small jug. Pour the mixture into Champagne flutes, then top up each glass with Prosecco. Roll the icing into four small balls, then gently press them onto the rims to help you secure the mini gingerbread men.

11) Elderflower Bellini
A classic Bellini with a delicious elderflower and strawberry twist.
Ingredients
- 50ml apple juice
- 20ml elderflower cordial
- 125-150ml Prosecco
- 1 strawberry
- Small sprig of fresh mint
Method
Pour the juice and cordial into a shaker with crushed ice. Shake and double strain into a flute glass. Top up with the Prosecco. Garnish with a strawberry on the rim and a mint sprig in place of the strawberry’s stalk (replacing its leaves).
