11 Cult Pieces We've Seen All Over the Streets of London Fashion Week

Joy Montgomery

New York Fashion Week is here for another season, bringing with it a roll-call of editors, influencers and buyers, who have descended upon the globe's most famous fashion hubs. The Scandi girls have already given us a good run for our money with their colourful stylings at Copenhagen Fashion Week, and now we're heading over to the Big Apple to let the New Yorkers show us what they've got.

If there's one takeaway from the latest street style shots, it's that tonal dressing is here to stay. A large proportion of the outfits we've seen have been rendered in neutral shades of cream, beige and brown. We call it the Bottega effect. So what are we seeing right now? From It baguette bags and printed coats to tiered skirts and statement-sleeve dresses, there are just too many fab pieces to keep track of, but we've given it our best shot. Keep scrolling to see what the world's most stylish are wearing to NYFW this season.

A.W.A.K.E Mode Gingham Paneled Woven-Cotton Maxi Skirt (£984)

Style Notes: Sometimes, you can't go wrong with a jeans-and-knit combo—especially when the jumper is as good as this one. All it needs is heeled boots and small sunnies.

Ulla Johnson Chunky Knit Jumper (£538)

Style Notes: Only Alyssa can make an impact with such a simple outfit. We're running out to buy flat boots as we speak.

Tibi Spencer Plaid Blazer (£1098)

Style Notes: Danse Lente's mini Johnny is one of the most affordable designer bags around, but it certainly doesn't lack impact.

Style Notes: Brock Collection's distinctive ditzy florals are instantly recognisable in this whimsical skirt. We like how she's styled it with a simple knit.
