10 brilliant mental health charities to support on World Mental Health Day and beyond
There are many wonderful mental health charities you can support this World Mental Health Day (Saturday 10th October).

1. Anxiety UK
Anxiety UK provides support for those who have been diagnosed with anxiety, plus anyone who is affected by stress and anxiety-based depression. The national organisation have an expert team of medical advisors who work tirelessly to help and care for those around the country.
2. Bipolar UK
Existing to help those living with manic depression or bipolar disorder, Bipolar UK want to help everyone live well and reach their potential — no matter what they are going through. Whether you are at university or are newly-diagnosed, they are here to help.
3. CALM
Men's mental health charity CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably) is leading the movement against male suicide. As well as donating via their website, some of the ways you can make a difference is to raise money by fundraising, volunteering and spreading the word.
