Catalina: starting from £102,000 ($130k)
Modern Tiny Living was founded by a group of friends who wanted to create the world's best tiny house construction company. Their dream was to build beautiful tiny homes that could rival the quality and craftsmanship of a standard 3,000-square-foot (279sqm) property.
Their designs are beautiful, robust and built to stand the test of time. The firm's latest luxury model, Catalina offers modern, comfortable accommodation for life on the road.
Catalina: indoor-outdoor living
In the main living area, there's a galley kitchen, a lounge area and a long dining table that sits in front of a large, bi-folding window that can be opened fully to create a seamless indoor-outdoor feel. The ingenious dining zone is ideal for eating, working or socialising.

As for interior design, the home has natural timber elements, custom tiling and soft green accents throughout.
Catalina: spa-style bathroom
Amazingly, the model even boasts a spacious, spa-quality bathroom. The wash space features a free-standing tub with an overhead shower, a Nature's Head composting toilet and a laundry zone.

Charme: starting from £124,000 ($157k)
Aptly named, the Charme model by tiny house makers Minimaliste is a fine example of how smart and sustainable micro homes can really be.
Minimaliste specialises in creating high-performance buildings that will stand the test of time. Their models have set floor plans but customers can personalise the exterior finish, colour scheme and interior finishes of their new home.
Charme: space for all the family
The Charme is the most spacious model that Minimaliste offers. At a little under 400 square feet (37sqm), it's ideal for families, since it has not one, but three bedrooms. In fact, it can sleep up to six people. That's because the property features a main floor bedroom and two sleeping lofts – one at each end.
Charme: light-filled and open
The kitchen and the living area are combined into a free-flowing, open space that's filled with natural light thanks to walls of windows. There's also a dining area that can seat up to four people.
No tiny home would be complete without a bathroom and this home has a full-size wash space that can accommodate a bath tub or shower.
Charme: cosy sleeping lofts
The two loft bedrooms can be accessed via staircases with built-in storage. They each have a landing platform with a full-height ceiling clearance.
The Charme model starts at just over £124,000 ($157k). However, the final cost will vary depending on the fixtures and finishes selected.
Denali Park: starting from £125,500 ($159k)
Featuring a charming exterior complete with dormer windows, a gable end and a covered porch, the Denali Park model from Timbercraft Tiny Homes is a masterclass in craftsmanship. The company's design team works closely with buyers to tailor each unit to their specifications.
Clad in closed-cell spray foam insulation, which helps keep the tiny home at a comfortable temperature all year round, the design also includes a mini split AC, which both warms and cools the interior. Meanwhile, when it comes to power, the design is compatible with a 50-amp RV hookup and is plumbed for a water hookup too.
Denali Park: airy, vaulted ceilings
The home's 399-square-foot (37sqm) floor plan feels remarkably light and airy thanks to its lofty, vaulted ceilings. Picture windows line the main living area, framing views of the surrounding scenery, while the rows of dormer windows channel even more light down into the tiny house.
From the shiplap wall cladding and exposed timber ceiling to the industrial-style wall lights, the home evokes the aesthetic of the modern farmhouse, the perfect choice for a welcoming home on the road.
Denali Park: high-end kitchen
The spacious kitchen is reasonably large for a tiny home and packs in plenty of storage. Painted cabinets, butcher-block countertops and a stainless-steel sink are installed as standard, but you can upgrade to granite or quartz countertops (pictured here), stained cabinetry and a deeper, farmhouse sink.
Making the most of every inch of space, a snug pantry cupboard is tucked into a recess in the hallway, while the bedroom, which is located at the rear of the house, features a built-in wardrobe.
Denali Park: luxury upgrades
The bathroom includes a large walk-in shower, lined in white metro tiles, alongside a standard flush toilet and a vanity unit with extra built-in storage. Available upgrades include a composting toilet, a steam shower and frameless glass shower doors, seen here.

Boho Ridge: starting from £133,500 ($169k)
Designed by Summit Tiny Homes, the Boho Ridge model combines style with space-saving features for a luxurious, 28-foot-long (9m) home on the road.
The tiny house's beautifully crafted exterior features a bold, two-tone finish that pairs black board-and-batten siding on the lower level with rustic, red cedar shingles across the upper level.
Boho Ridge: Shaker-style kitchen
Inside, the floor plan encompasses 250 square feet (23m) of space lined with classic white shiplap cladding. Echoing the dark hues of the exterior, the elegant Shaker-style kitchen features butcher-block countertops, a farmhouse sink, a retro fridge-freezer, a range cooker and a black custom cooker hood.
A wall-mounted butcher-block dining table with bench seating offers a smart, space-efficient spot to grab a meal, allowing residents to admire the view while they dine.
Boho Ridge: innovative storage
Storage has been squeezed into every inch of the innovative design. In the kitchen, there are drawers hidden behind the kickboards, as well as beneath the sofa. More storage is tucked beneath the treads of the staircase, which leads up to a snug loft – one of two in the home – that could be used as an extra living area or sleeping space.
The tiny house is remarkably energy efficient thanks to the structural insulated panels used in its construction. The model also includes a heat recovery ventilation system, a ductless mini-split heat pump, air conditioning and propane-powered hot water on demand.
Boho Ridge: spacious bathroom
Situated just off the kitchen, the bathroom is surprisingly spacious. It accommodates a 60-inch (1.5m) combined shower and bath, a vanity unit with a butcher-block worktop, a flushing toilet and farmhouse-style shelving.
At the rear of the tiny house is the master bedroom, which has a storage bed and a large, built-in wardrobe with a barn-style sliding door.
Prices for the Boho Ridge model begin at just over £133,500 ($169k), with upgrades available to personalise the floor plan to each buyers' needs.
