The next big low-key tennis shoe brand (you read it here first) Novesta has collaborated with London workwear label Universal Works for the second time, resulting in these extremely nice winter-ready Star Masters. The uppers are made from Portuguese wool and have been handcrafted in Novesta's Slovakian factory for a most European collab.

Nike's groundbreaking new running shoe, the Zoom Fly is supposed to shave SECONDS off your 10k time. If you're not interested in any of that running business, they're also gaining traction as one of Nike's next big streetwear shoes; their chunky soles and sleek construction both very much in trend right now.

Expect slip-on Vans to grow in popularity in the coming months, as people look to evolve their rotation beyond the ubiquity of the Old Skool and Sk8 Hi's.

If you want to be ahead of the curve (since when do you not?), then move quickly on these newly-released lace-free Anaheims (the brand's premium retro imprint). You don't seem them come around that often.

A classic running style that you'll never run in, these 997's by New Balance have a cool sort of 'sky at night' aesthetic and are made out of soft, soft suede.

Also, there aren't enough trainers utilising gum soles in our opinion, so it's nice to see NB give them a chance.

Despite sounding a bit like a disease, Spalwart is actually a Swedish brand designing very nice trainers that are light enough for summer, but sturdy enough to last. Also, not everyone has them, which we all secretly (or not) care about.

A collaboration between adidas and Wood Wood, Copenhagen's trendiest label, these really quite wonderful, special edition Gazelles are in honour of the brand's 15th anniversary. They're made out of a rough, long-haired suede with just the right shade of off-white on the tongue, accents and midsole.

Joining the knitted trainer hype train, Reebok has taken the classic Club C and done it up in 'Ultraknit'. Yes, they're tricky to clean (here's a guide btw), but when they look this good it's worth the hassle.
